Our Inspection Services
Comprehensive inspection services for homebuyers, homeowners, and investors in Fort Lauderdale, FL and surrounding areas.
Home Inspection
A home inspection is a thorough, non-invasive visual evaluation of a property's accessible systems and components. JusSsLove Home Inspections has proudly served Fort Lauderdale and Broward County since 2015, completing 500+ inspections across a 40-mile service radius. During your inspection, our certified inspector examines the roof, attic, foundation, structural components, HVAC system, electrical panel, plumbing, water heater, windows, doors, and all major appliances. Every finding is documented with photos and clear descriptions — so you know exactly what you're buying or selling. Pre-purchase inspections give buyers negotiating power and peace of mind. Pre-listing inspections help sellers fix problems before buyers discover them. New construction inspections catch builder mistakes before your warranty expires. Whatever your situation, an inspection protects your most important investment. We cover Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Davie, Plantation, Sunrise, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, and all surrounding areas. Reports delivered within 24–48 hours.

Condo Inspection
A condo inspection is a professional evaluation of an individual condominium unit's interior systems, structural components, and potential problem areas. Unlike a full home inspection, a condo inspection focuses on what the buyer or owner actually controls — excluding shared building systems managed by the HOA. Fort Lauderdale's condo market is competitive, and units can conceal costly problems behind freshly renovated surfaces. Water infiltration, mold growth, aging HVAC equipment, and outdated electrical systems are among the most common — and expensive — issues discovered in South Florida condos. JusSsLove Home Inspections examines HVAC systems, water heating equipment, electrical panels and fixtures, windows and sliding doors, interior walls, ceilings, and floors. We identify moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, and any safety hazards within the unit. Our condo inspection reports are delivered within 24–48 hours and include detailed photos, condition assessments, and prioritized repair recommendations. Serving Fort Lauderdale, Miami Beach, Boca Raton, and all of Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Four Point Inspection
A four-point inspection is an insurance-required evaluation of the four systems that pose the greatest risk in older homes: HVAC, electrical wiring and panels, plumbing connections and fixtures, and the roof. In Florida, most insurance companies require a four-point inspection for homes 25 years or older before issuing or renewing a homeowners insurance policy. JusSsLove Home Inspections evaluates each of the four systems, documenting the age, condition, and any deficiencies that could affect your ability to obtain coverage. Electrical panels with recalled breakers, polybutylene or galvanized plumbing, aging roofs, and malfunctioning HVAC units are the most common issues flagged in Fort Lauderdale homes built in the 1980s and 1990s. Our inspectors provide same-day reports — delivered within 24 hours — in the format required by Florida insurance carriers. If deficiencies are found, we clearly document each item so you know exactly what repairs are needed to secure your coverage. We serve Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and all areas within 40 miles. Wind Mitigation Reports
A wind mitigation report documents your home's hurricane-resistant construction features and is one of the most effective ways to reduce homeowners insurance premiums in Florida. Florida law requires insurance carriers to offer premium discounts to homeowners who can demonstrate qualifying wind-resistant features. JusSsLove Home Inspections evaluates roof shape, roof deck attachment method, roof-to-wall connections, roof covering type, and opening protections — including windows, doors, and garage doors. Homes with hip roofs, impact-resistant windows, hurricane shutters, and properly anchored roof-to-wall connections typically receive the largest premium reductions. In Fort Lauderdale and Broward County, wind mitigation discounts can reduce insurance premiums by 10% to 45% depending on the features present. Most homeowners recover the cost of the inspection within the first year of savings. Reports are delivered same-day in the standard Citizens Insurance format accepted by all Florida carriers. Reports remain valid for 5 years. We serve Fort Lauderdale and all areas within a 40-mile radius.

Sewer Scan Inspection
A sewer scan inspection uses a high-resolution camera to examine the interior of your home's lateral sewer line — the pipe that runs from your home's foundation to the municipal main in the street. In Fort Lauderdale and South Florida, many homes were built with cast iron sewer pipes that are now 40–70 years old and prone to cracking, root intrusion, and structural collapse. Homeowners are responsible for the lateral sewer line from their foundation to the street. Repairing or replacing a failed sewer line in Fort Lauderdale costs between $3,000 and $25,000 depending on depth, pipe material, and length. A sewer scan inspection — a fraction of that cost — can identify problems before they become emergencies. JusSsLove's technicians access the main cleanout, insert a high-resolution camera through the lateral line, and record the full run in HD video. We deliver same-day reports with video footage and a written assessment of the pipe's condition. Most sewer lines have no significant problems. When issues are present — root intrusion, offset joints, cracks, or deterioration — you'll know before closing. Strongly recommended for homes built before 1987. Serving Fort Lauderdale and all areas within a 40-mile radius.
